Defend Forest Park (Print)
There's no place like home, and if you live in or near Portland, Oregon you know that our beloved Forest Park is a major part of what makes our city feel so much like home--both for human and more-than-human residents.
The only designated urban forest in the United States, Forest Park is a diverse mixed forest system that is home to a plethora of native species, like the Red-legged Frog (Rana aurora, pictured here).
Development projects that threaten the future of Forest Park are a reality we face. Supporting our park can take many forms, and this illustration is my offering of love and solidarity for the trails and wildlife of the park that have taught me so much about the natural world over the years.
