SHIPPING
Hello! Thank you for supporting your friendly neighborhood working artist. All proceeds from sales go directly back into my studio for supplies. This helps me create more work about rewildling, conservation, and the joy that comes with a life lived in connection with our natural world.
A few things of note:
Most orders ship within one week of purchase date. This is subject to change during busy times of the year, as I am just one person fulfilling order requests.
*FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE DECEMBER 14th:*
I will ry my very best to have all orders placed before December 14th in the mail by the 16th with probable arrival before Christmas Day, as per this year's USPS holiday guidelines. I can not personally guarantee that orders will arrive on schedule, but will make every effort to try to make that happen.
Artwork purchased through my shop is transacted securely through PayPal using either your PayPal balance or any major credit card.
All original artwork and limited edition prints are carefully signed, numbered, packaged, and shipped by me directly from my tiny home studio. Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail (insurance and tracking number included for Ground Advantage and Priority Mail only). International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (customs fees not included).
- All artwork will be shipped unframed.
- Small items (up to ~8.5″ x 11″) ship flat with a protective polyvinyl sleeve in a heavily padded and rigid large envelope.
- Large originals and prints ship in a protective polyvinyl sleeve and rolled in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube.
Shipping to the UK is currently AVAILABLE, though be aware that shipping costs can be very high. Please reach out to me directly if you have any questions before placing your order. I want to do my best to not let the new VAT requirements get in the way of sharing art, but navigating these rules can be tricky.
SUSTAINABILITY
I make it a priority to source packaging materials that are as eco-friendly as possible. All of the materials from shipping envelopes, polyvinyl protective sleeves, and packaging tape are made from recycled materials or are recyclable (ideally both!).
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
I am not responsible for any damages made by the United States Postal Service during shipping. I am also not responsible if USPS loses any package during shipping.
Returns are not currently accepted on most items. If your order was shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrives damaged, there is a possibility for reimbursement or exchange if it was shipped via Priority Mail.
Cancellations of online orders may be made within 24 hours of purchase. Email me directly for questions or concerns regarding returns and cancellation.
PRIVACY
This site is safe and secure. Any information you provide such as name, address, email, phone number, etc. will only be used to fulfill your specific order fulfillment request. For issues with payments, please refer to PayPal directly.
